Hi, I’m Sammy Maisel, a landscape photographer based in Utah and originally from Colorado. I’m drawn to big terrain, shifting light, and the kind of quiet moments you only find outdoors.

I started shooting film this year and quickly fell in love with the process — the slower pace, the commitment, and the challenge of hiking into remote places with only a few frames to work with. It’s pushed my work to be more intentional and more connected to the landscapes I move through.
